Birthday Wish

Hello friends!
I created this card for Paper Temptress the paper place. When I started this card, really had no idea where I was going with it. Just knew I wanted the card to be pink, white and black. Had no clue what was going in the center either. Started going through my dies didn't find anything, then started looking through my stamps and came across Tilda. She fit perfectly inside the oval. Don't ya just love them! They are so adorable and sweet.

Instructions:
 Base card 6" x 6". Cut pattern paper 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" and adhere to base. Die cut decorative lace border, trim and adhere to pattern paper. Die cut the doily from Labels Fifteen. Cut a card panel from the paper collection. Now, use the #2 circle die and cut out the inner artwork, stamp sentiment, color and adhere to doily. Next add some 3D dots to doily and place in center of card. Stamp the sentiment again, color key and die cut key.

Vintage Foret Heart

Instructions: Base card 6 1/4" x 6" in white. Cut Cajun CS same size as base. Cut pattern paper 6" x 5 3/4". Cut dark brown CS 5 1/2" x 5". Cut a card panel from the paper collection and adhere all together. Die cut heart and distress with vintage photo onto the edges and adhere over the existing one. Stamp locked heart, color and die cut, place some 3D dots and adhere in center of fancy heart. Stamp and color destiny key, cut out and adhere 3D dots and place on card. Stamp prayer verse on white CS, color, distress edges with vintage photo and gathered twigs, apply some 3D dots and adhere in upper corner. Stamp the flowers and leaves, ink the edges, shape and build, adhere to card as pictured.

Posy Doorway Prayer

Hello friends!
I'm late posting this week because I had gotten myself so far behind on Christmas cards. I've made about 10 cards each night four nights in a row, and I'm still not done. Well enough about my card dilemma.

Instructions: Base card 6 1/4"x 5 3/8" white. Cut Chocolate CS same size. Cut next layer 5 7/8" x 4 3/4" and adhere these 3 layers together. Cut cryogen white 5 5/8" x 4 1/2" and stamp background image, color and adhere to card. Stamp just the door handle, color and cut out. Add some 3D dots and place over first image. Stamp prayer sentiment and die cut with labels 4 die. Distress edges and adhere some 3D dots and apply to card. Stamp key background and cut out with key die. Choose a key, color, add 3D dots and place over key image in sentiment. Stamp little posies, color and die cut with coordinating dies and shape. Adhere flowers to card. Next die cut 2 sprigs, color and snip off branches to use as foliage with flowers place in random places. Last, add some pearls.

Framed For You

Hello friends!
Things are really amping up around here with Christmas on it's way. The Christmas tree is going up tomorrow. Bought some new bulbs in an antique blue and in antique white, can hardly wait to see them on the tree. This is my favorite time of the year for baking and decorating our home, oh! and can't leave out our little dogs. They will be all dressed up as well though out the holidays. HO HO HO! 
How about we get on with the card that I created for Heartfelt Creations with week.

Instructions: Base card 6 1/4" 5". Cut a blank frame from pattern paper collection and adhere to base. Next using the large die from the scalloped posy set, cut four scallops and glue into place as pictured. Next step, cut out a smaller frame from the same paper collection then cut out the center using a labels 4 die, save center and lay it aside. Even though the frame has a nice big hole in it, back it with a piece of scrap paper, add some 3D dots and apply it to card. Use the small die from the scalloped posy set, cut four scallops and glue in place as pictured. The same labels 4 die that was used earlier, use it on your choice of CS draw a line around it, cut it out, add some 3D dots and glue it to card. Next adhere some 3D dots to the framed pictured and adhere it to card. Stamp and die cut matching key and color, add some 3D dots and place over the matching key. Stamp several flower and cut with coordinating dies, color and shape, add a large pearl in center cover with glue and sprinkle gala glitz over it, let dry and adhere to card.  Apply pearls and wha la, you're done.

Especially For You

Wow, can you believe that it is December 1st today??
Where did November go...??
I'm also running little behind with my post, I meant to schedule it yesterday but I went out for the day and I completely forgot about it!! So without further ado, here's my card I created for Heartfelt Creations.

Base card 6 1/4" x 5" in sage green. Layer with a large frame from the Floral Key paper collection. Cut out a smaller frame from the same paper collection then cut out the center using die cut oval, save oval and set aside. Even though the frame has a nice big hole in it, back it with a piece of scrap paper, add some 3D dots and apply it to card. Using labels 20, with the # 2 and #3 dies cut two different colors. With the largest die add 3D dots and apply to frame on card. With the second color cut apart and adhere to first die cut as pictured. With the center that was cut out earlier add some 3D dots and place on die cuts. Stamp Script Background and die cut the elements that are needed for this card such as, the heart lock and keys, then color. Add 3D dots to lock and place over the existing one.  Adhere some pearls to frame and oval. Create bow and place it in corner. With the keys, attach a chain with a bead or two and adhere under the bow.

Poinsettia Candle

Hope everyone is doing well this even, staying cozy and warm on these chilly nights... You know what I like best about winter? Being inside where it's warm with a cup of hot chocolate or warm apple cider and creating beautiful cards to share with all of you. And speaking of cards to share, how about I get on with the card that I whipped up for heartfeltcreations.

Instructions: Base card 6" x 6" in white. Cut pattern paper 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" and emboss. For the trim at the top and bottom,  cut 2 pieces of pattern paper 5 3/4" x 1 1/4". Next, cut 2 pieces of glitter paper 5 3/4" x 1" and last cut 2 pieces of white CS 5 3/4" x 1" and use Martha Stewart punch for decorative edge. Cut ribbon about 7" long and wrap around embossed piece. Next adhere all pieces together. Color pearls with copic's and place at top and bottom. Cut 2 decorative shapes from white cardstock with die from "Ornate Gateway" set and adhere to card. Cut out 2 small circles. Cut white cardstock 12" x 1 1/4" and trim across with EK Success punch. With this same piece, score at every scallop and accordion fold, connect the two ends together to create a cylinder and flatten. Attach small circles in center on each side and adhere to card. Die cut pattern paper from circle die and 2 other circles from glitter papers. Stamp image on white glitter paper, color and attach as pictured. Stamp flowers and leaves and cut with coordinating die. Distress edges with ink,  crease pedals and adhere together. Place on card and add sparklets in centers. Create bow and attach to card.

Instructions:
Base card, pink 6 3/4" x 4 3/4". Cut tan CS 6 1/2" x 4 1/2" Cut white CS 6 1/4" x 4 1/4". Cut pattern paper 6" x 4". Distress the edges of the pattern paper. Layer the tan, white and pattern papers together. Die cut label and lattice and trim lattice to fit inside of label, add 3D dots and adhere to top layer. Now wrap seam binding around front. Adhere layers to base card. Stamp Summer Season on white CS, color and die cut  with Labels Twenty. For the frame around the picture, draw a line around the same label, cut out, adhere together add 3D dots and place on lattice. Add some pearls to lattice work. Make a bow and place it next to picture. Stamp flowers and die cut with coordinating dies. Distress petals, shape and build flower. Add a crystal sparket in center and adhere in center of bow.

Elegant Dainty Juliet

Instructions:
Base card 6" x 6" in white. Cut mint green CS 5 3/4" x 5 3/4". Cut white CS 5 5/8" x 5 5/8". Cut mint green 5 3/8" x 5 3/8 ".  Cut white CS 5 1/4" x 5 1/4" and emboss. Adhere all four layers to base. Die cut the largest die from Labels 17 in white and then cut in half. Next die cut two borders from Fleur de Lis Doily Accents in white and adhere to Labels 17 and add some rhinestones. Add 3D dots and apply to card. Die cut the largest die from the small oval set ( in white) and the #2 die from the large oval set in mint green. Adhere those 2 together and apply in center of card. Next step, die cut label from Fancy Labels Two, stamp flower image twice from the Beautiful Juliet set, color and adhere the coordinating rhinestones from the Want 2 Scrap. Add 3 D dots and apply in center of ovals. Stamp circle sentiment on mint green CS, add 3D dots and place in center of label. Die cut flowers and leaves from Sweet Juliet Die, color, shape and adhere to card.

Thanksgiving Happiness

Hello friends!
A girlfriend had a few of us card making gals over a couple of weeks ago and we made some really cute Halloween cards from these instructions she found. I liked the card so much I created this Thanksgiving card and will most likely make a few Christmas cards. They are so easy to make and will fit in an A2 envelope.

Beautiful Recovery

Hello friends!
Guess what today is? Yes, it is Heartfelt Creations Wednesday. The day that everyone sees all the beautiful new cards and projects that the DT has created. Also would like to add, that I'm very proud to be continuing on for another six months as a DT member for Heartfelt Creations
Have a card and a project for you today. Lets start with the card.

Paper: Pink, Kraft and White Cardstock
Ink: Ranger Adirondack Earthtones - Latte, Color Box Chalk - Pink Pastel, Copic's - G20, 21, R81,83,85
Accessories: Spellbinders - Labels Twenty Two and Decorative Labels Twenty Two, Seam Binding, Pearls

Instructions:
Base card 7" x 5 1/4" in pink. Cut Kraft CS 6 3/4" x 5" and distress around the edges of base front and Kraft CS using the Latte ink, adhere together. Next from the Dephne pattern pack choose two different pattern papers and cut one 4 3/4" x 2 1/4", next pattern paper cut 4 3/4" x 4 1/4". Stamp flower image on the smallest piece, color and distress around the edges using the pink ink first and go over it with the Latte ink. Do the same with the largest piece of pattern paper. Die cut largest label from Labels Twenty Two, distress with Latte. Next stamp sentiment on white CS, center die and cut. Add some color to flowers, distress edges using both the pink and latte inks. Cut two pieces of ribbon about 6" long. I colored them using both the pink and latte inks. When dry, thread through openings on decorative label and let hang. Add some 3D dots to both labels, layer and adhere to pattern paper. Now tape ribbon behind pattern paper and adhere to card as pictured. Color more ribbon to create bow and adhere. One last thing, add some pearls.

Accessories: Spellbinders - A2 Scalloped Borders One, Brown paper bag, Brad, Ellipse Rhinestone,  Basic Grey - Magnetic Discs

Instructions:
First cut a paper bag 4 1/2" from bottom. Fold flap on the base of the bag in half and crease, so that the front and back of the bag are completely flat. Next cut a piece of CS 7" x 5 1/2" and score 4 3/4". Die cut and emboss one end of the CS. Cut another piece in another color 5 1/4" x 4 1/2". Next cut pattern paper  5" x 4 1/4", adhere all together.  Cut and emboss using the Spellbinders Borders Die, two more layers for the flap using another color CS and one pattern paper, adhere to flap. Completely cover one side of the bag with adhesive, and attach to the back side of CS, this will be the back panel for your purse. Cut another piece of CS 5 1/2" x 4 3/4". Cut matching piece of CS 5 1/4" x 4 1/2". Next cut a piece of coordinating pattern paper 5" x 4 1/4", stamp image and color. Adhere layers together. This is the front panel of the purse. Completely cover the other side of the bag with adhesive, and attach the front panel making sure to line it up with the back panel.  Die cut flowers and leaves for embellishments and add to front panel. Created a closure using the oval dies and placed an Ellipse Rhinestone in the center. To keep the purse closed, I placed a small magnet under the closure. For the strap, cut CS 10" x 1/2" and other piece 10" x 1/4" adhere together. Score each end about 1/2" up  at a 45 degree angle, fold and adhere to inside back panel.

Love and Happiness

With this piece, mark an x in the middle using a ruler from corner to corner, both directions. Now with the Standard Circle Small #6, center around the x and trace your circle, this will help with placing the Juliet Spray.

Instructions:
Base card 6" x 6" Sahara Sand. Cut 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" from pink CS and adhere to base. Next cut white CS 5 1/2" x 5 1/2". With this piece, mark an x in the middle using a ruler from corner to corner, both directions. Now with the Standard Circle Small #6, center around the x and trace your circle, this will help with placing the Juliet Spray. Ink up and stamp four times around your circle, color and add glitter to flowers. Die cut gold CS from #3 large circle. Next stamp circle sentiment on Sahara Sand and die cut using #3 small circle and adhere those two together. Add 3D dots and place in center as pictured. Stamp smallest circle sentiment on pink CS and die cut with #6 small circle, now add 3D dots and adhere in center of sentiment circle. Place some outline stickers in corners and sides, and don't forget the bows!

Autumn Pumpkin Thoughts
This card I cased from Michelle Zindorf. I'm sure you're all familiar with her unique way creating beautiful cards.

Instructions:
Base card 6" x 6" in black. Cut tan CS 5 3/4" X 5 3/4". Cut black 5 1/4" x 5 1/4" and adhere both of these to base. Cut another tan piece 5 1/8" x 5 1/8", now take this piece of tan CS and stamp border from Summer Season set about a  1/3 of the way up. Next cut a piece of pattern paper 5 1/8" x 1 3/8" and adhere to bottom. Now, adhere this piece of CS to card. Making the pumpkins: Punch three extra large ovals and three large ovals. Start with the extra large: ink stamp with clear embossing Ink and stamp on all three ovals. Next pour clear embossing powder over images and heat powder with heat tool. Distress edges with creamy brown ink and lightly ink the inside of each oval. Do the same with the large ovals only this time use orange paper,  orange embossing powder and orange ink for distressing. Adhere the pumpkins together. For their stems, using the largest flower from the Sun Kissed Fleur die, I cut off two petals and shaped the stems using scissors and glued them onto the pumpkins.  Adhere the largest pumpkin to card,  place some 3D dots to orange pumpkin and place it slightly over lapping the first one. Die cut leaves from Sweet Juliet die, cut in half, distress leaves and adhere as pictured. Stamp the thinking of you image on ivory cardstock with creamy brown ink and stamp it again. Cut out the thinking of you circle with the circle nestabilities and then scissor cut the thinking of you. Place near the top.

To Everything... There is a Season

Hello friends!
It's such a lovely afternoon. The sun is shining and the color of the leaves are so beautiful this time of the year. That's the reason for this card, the gorgeous colors of the leaves. When I was young I never took notice at how beautiful our reasons really where. Now that I'm a couple of years older (holding at 39) LOL, I take in more of the beauty that surround me.
